Very happy! Shipped out very quickly, and definitely feel like it was a decent price for what i paid. It came preflashed with pokemon emerald too, which was perfect! Exactly why i bought the cart lol. Was expecting to have to flash it myself, so im pleased. It also seems to be behaving exactlg like an authentic copy. I own authentic copies of sapphire and leafgreen, along with a cheap repro ruby and firered. This flashcart doesnt have any of the weird extra text when you load the game, and it saves like normal instead of freezing for a few seconds like the repros do! Super excited about not having to pay half my rent for an authentic copy, and so far seems to have the same experience as one. Cant wait to see if it’s compatible with gen4!

So far eveything is good, flashed pokemon emerald, used my ds to import my save file from an anbernic handheld, used rtcread to reset the rtc for my save. And so far berries have grown, which is a good sign. Will need more time to test if all rtc-related events are functional.
Btw there is a strobing blue led on the board when playing and when saving an additional green led flashes. I think it’s awesome, but i wasnt expecting it so thought i’d mention.

Cartridge arrived with pokemon emerald, immediately complained about the battery being dry. I checked the battery with a meter and it’s fine. I retouched the solder points and reflashed the cartridge many times and the battery is always considered dry. Kind of a terrible cartridge.

Designed for and works perfectly for pokémon games only. does not work for non-pokemon games. battle network 6 falzar would not save but pokémon firered did save and even connected to pokemon rs: box on my wii/gamecube

Great build quality; Even if it doesn’t slide down the cartridge slot as easily as oem cartridges, it doesn’t require more force to push into the slot than an oem cartridge, meaning you likely won’t wear down your gba’s cartridge slot faster with multiple insertions. Otherwise, the pcb itself is well made and the cart functions exactly as it should. Would recommend purchasing these from this seller.
