It works very well, games load quickly and without problems, the update requires some effort but nothing that a quick guide can’t solve.
The only criticism I have is that the card provided is simply not recognized by my computer, and after a search on the internet, it seems that the problem is common. It would be preferable not to include the card and reduce the price.
Apart from that, there’s nothing to point out.

I’ve been using this cart for a while on my nintendo 64, and so far, it’s been great! Everything i’ve thrown at it works just fine without any glitches. I haven’t been able to try the 64dd emulation, because i’m lacking the expansion pack it needs. I’ve been able to update the firmware and the real-time clock with the official summercart software on linux without any issue.

This is a very affordable summer cart 64, especially when on sale, and i have no issues with the product. Works just fine, and i’m happy to have it. However, be warned. If you’re ordering from america, it may take close to a month to arrive. The item had no updates for weeks, until it suddenly started moving, and arrived on the 24th. If you don’t mind waiting for a long while, and ignore the delivery estimates that will almost certainly be wrong, then i’d say go for this.

I’ve had other simmilar cartridges that cost much more, offered less and loading time was much slower. This one is nice because you don’t have to reset the system after saving and turning off. This is a must have for n64. N64 games worked perfectly! Even those that requires the 4mb expansion pak, (but you still must have the expansion pak installed if you want to play donkey kong 64, perfect dark and legend of zelda – majora’s mask). Nes emulator worked perfectly, but snes emulator had some minor graphics and audio issues with some games like super castlevania iv. Anyway for me the nes and snes emulators are not important, because i have dedicated flash carts for snes and nes. I am very happy with this product.

This is my second one i’ve bought. I got one for me and just recently got another for a christmas gift. This one came more updated than the last with more games and more emulators on it. Instructions on updating firmware and adding more to your library is clear in the booklet. So far i’ve had no issues.

This thing is nothing short of awesome. It has tons of games on it, and if there’s a game missing, then you can remove its micro sd card, put it in your computer (or chromebook), download the rom file of whatever game you want, put it on that micro sd card, then play it! The old-school tecmo bowl for nes was missing, so my son found it easily, and we put the rom on that micro sd card. The old-school n64 that i’ve had since 1996 had no problem playing tecmo bowl, nor mega man 2, nor wave race for n64, nor any of the 1000+ games it came preloaded with. This game cartridge would’ve been invaluable 25-30 years ago. Nowadays it’s a steal at $47 or whatever i paid for it. Gotta love technology. My 10-year-old son easily found roms for it by doing a google search.

Summercart 64 shipped quickly and i got it within 1 week and a half suuuper fast!!! my summercart 64 worked really well straight out of the box onto my new n64! the cartridge is such a nice vibrant color purple that i chose and the extra 3 stickers area great addition! cartridge fits perfectly onto n64 slot usa version. the cartridge came inside a nice cardboard box within a plastic bubble wrap pouch which was a tight fit but hey it did the job! games loaded super fast within 1-2 seconds. vast library of n64 such as pokemon stadium 1/2 and resident evil south park so many. my sole complain is that no pokemon games for gameboy color were predownloaded so i’ll have to do some work and find them myself oh well nothing a little research and a laptop can’t fix! besides that i’m happy with my buy and i’ll be buying more items from this store.

I chose the epicjoy summercart 64 after careful research. This is the real deal! I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend and tested it out on my n64. I own a everdrive-64 x7 that i bought in 2024. This summercart 64 is just as good as the everdrive, maybe even better.
Friendly recommendation to anyone who buys this: replace the cr2032 battery that comes with this flashcart for one by duracell or panasonic, etc. Also buy a new microsd card and transfer the files over. Don’t forget to download the latest summercart software and replace the one that came with the card.

Fantastic! Works with the analogue 3d. Updating the menu is a simple drag and drop. So is upgrading the sd card, drag and drop. Make sure to do that, don’t trust the pre-packaged sd card. They’re decent, but prone to failure. Just make sure your new sd card is formatted properly. All info you’ll need is on the summercart64 official website, just google it. I’ve had zero issues with this at all, works on original n64 consoles as well. The emulators aren’t very good, don’t buy it for that reason alone. If you’re in the market for a summercart64, epicjoy is the store to get it from. A++

Works great! I did have to update the firmware, which gave me additional controller pak options. To update the firmware, you have to use the usb connection. It also crashed after playing for a few minutes, but the cart was dirty (as was my n64 port). Once cleaned, i never had it crash again. It comes with almost the entire n64 catalogue, in addition to emulators for snes, nes, and gameboy. Adding more games is easy. Take out the microsd card and plug that into your pc to add roms to the specific folders.
I’ve gotten my kids into the joys of retro gaming with this. Mario party and mario kart, 4 player split screen in all it’s glory!

Awesome stuff. Sd card had a few corrupt directories, but i was gonna wipe it and use my own roms anyway.
The /menu subfolder has an extra copy of sc64menu.n64 that can be deleted.
